Our Glaziers have seen condensation in Double Glazed Units throughout West Yorkshire.

The condensation is caused by the Double Glazed Seal breaking down and moisture seeping into the glass unit. The moisture then settles on the cold outer pane and will give the window a misted over appearance.

Some companies will tell you that the existing unit can re-sealed but while this may be possible the truth is that old type Double Glazed Units are nowhere near as efficient as new type units and the seals may not last very long.
